More CPD…….and at this stage of life, I’ll be honest — it definitely feels tougher to get through demanding qualifications. There are countless distractions, competing priorities, and a very full life to navigate.
But today, I’m feeling genuinely proud, grateful, and delighted to have achieved the Level 7 Senior Executive Coaching and Mentoring Certification from The Institute of Leadership — a rigorous, respected, and deeply meaningful milestone for me.
This journey was far from easy.
I completed it while running three growing businesses and caring for my daughter, who has complex and acute medical needs. There were challenging days, late nights, and moments of doubt — but also determination, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose.
In the last three years, I’ve successfully completed both the ILM Level 5 and now the Level 7.
It has been a stretching, transformational, and incredibly rewarding experience.
Huge thanks to fellow lecturers, mentors, tutors, colleagues, husband, friends and my family who cheered me through, I could not have completed this without your support and encouragement.
